The customer can return or exchange purchases within fourteen (14) days only from the date of receipt, provided that the returned or exchanged materials are in their original condition as they were upon purchase.

The customer is not entitled to return or exchange materials that are used, damaged or subject to poor storage,

In the event that purchases are returned without being replaced with other materials of the same or higher value, the price difference will be returned to the customer in the same way that payment was made (credit cards / via transfer).

Returns exceeding five hundred (500) OMR will be replaced by a bank check after seven (7) working days from the date of the request.
